Tim Milner is an extremely loyal and dedicated Veteran, husband, Father, proud Papa, public servant, and community advocate who has proudly called Rincon/Effingham County home for decades. With a strong background in customer service, sales, and management in industry, Tim brings real-world experience, common-sense leadership, and a commitment to transparent, accountable government.

Married for 38 years, Tim values family, community, and the future of Rincon. As an incumbent City Council Member, he has worked to strengthen infrastructure, support responsible growth, and ensure taxpayer dollars are used wisely. He believes in listening to residents, putting their needs first, promoting local business partnerships, and making decisions that secure a safe and prosperous future for generations to come. Tim’s leadership is defined by integrity, action, and decisive result, not politics. He’s proud to serve his community and is ready to continue building a stronger Rincon together.
